About Caroline

As a Corporate Coach and Group Facilitator, Career and Personal Counsellor. I work with individuals and teams to Optimise their potential.

I love what I do, seeing the personal change people make with a little support and encouragement is immensely rewarding and satisfying – a job well done.

Feedback from my clients describes my style as ‘courageous, insightful and inspirational whilst at the same time being supportive, warm and empathetic’.

I think they are saying you won’t get an easy ride, but you will get results and feel good about them - and yourself!

Since 2002 I have been working as an associate coach and facilitator for a number of boutique leadership development consultancies with a reputation for delivering leading edge people development and organisational change initiatives, for example The Cabinet Office, No10 Downing Street, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Glaxo Smith Kline, Intertell, Carillion Construction Group, Catch 22, Oxford Learning Disability NHS Trust, RNIB, Travis Perkins, Wickes, Police Mutual, MOD, Skandia [Insurance] Asda, Scottish & Newcastle, Mango, LDV, Stoke City Council and Southwark.

Working privately as a career and personal counsellor, with rooms in Stratford Upon Avon, Chipping Campden and Moreton in Marsh, I have supported individuals of every background and age to analyse their current situation with total honesty and confidentiality and to rethink what they want from both work and their personal lives. From directors seeking promotion, graduates not sure what to do next, women returning to work, individuals and loved ones facing redundancy to all manner of issues and challenges associated with every day life such as divorce, ‘empty nest’ syndrome, bereavement,
‘stuck in a rut’, lack of confidence, feelings of overwhelm, anxiety and stress etc.

I have over 20 years experience in leadership and management development, in both the public and private sector. I have held positions such as Account Director and Manager for ‘Leadership & Management Development’, responsible for delivering major organisational change and people development projects, through multi disciplinary teams based across the UK.

I started my career in the hospitality and event management industry, followed by a number of years helping young people and adults gain vocational and academic qualifications.

I am a member the European Coaching Institute, qualified in Occupational Profiling and hold an MA in HRM and Training Development from Warwick University. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a recognised tutor for Cranfield University - International HRM - Consulting and Influencing Skills Module.

Throughout my life I have experienced a number of transitions, leaving education, running hotels, growing a career, getting married, having and bringing up two children whilst holding down a demanding job, coping with role changes, taking voluntary redundancy and I’ve done a ‘BIG’ Birthday……… you might say I have personal experience of ‘embracing change and optimising potential’, but I couldn’t possibly comment… To chill out I walk my dog and spend as much time near water as possible…
